 Mr. Usereau has worked as a tax expert for individuals for more than 20 years as well as in major law firms including KPMG, RCGT and Andersen. He has also taught finance and taxation at the HEC and CQFF (Québec Taxation Training Center) for the Ordre des CA du Québec. His particular expertise in taxation and his passion for resource-based financial research  position him to identify compelling private placement opportunities.

Mr. Inwentash is a director and VP Investments at ThreeD, where he focuses on identifying, researching, and meeting with early stage companies in  various disruptive industries. He has a successful track record of raising capital in industries such as mining, battery recycling, organic food, high performance computing, biotechnology and blockchain. Mr. Inwentash has significant capital markets experience; he is an advisor to and a board member of several private and publicly listed companies.

Pawel Staniec

Mr. Staniec graduated from ZST Grudziadz, Computer Science Technical School in Poland with a diploma of information technology. He has previously served as a QA Analyst for Babel and Bug Tracker. Mr. Staniec provides administrative support to the EMD team.
